ORDERING INFORMATION
MAKING A PURCHASE:
To submit an order, simply click the "add to cart" button on the page of the item you would like to purchase. When you have finished shopping, click the "cart" button on the top of the page to submit your order and payment. You will recieve an email confirming your order. Another email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. Cookies must be enabled to place an order. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - SHIPPING: Petrified Baggage ships via Canada Post to Canada, the United States, and most international addresses. There are two options for shipment: Regular and Express. Orders shipped with Regular shipping, within North America, are shipped by Canada Post Surface Mail (1 - 2 weeks) or Air Mail (5 - 7 business days) depending on their weight. Shipping is automatically added to your cart at checkout, once you choose which option you prefer. Regular shipping rates are as follows: Canada and the United States:
Express shipping costs an extra $10, in addition to the regular rates, and takes 3 - 5 business days. (4 - 7 international.) International: Shipping for international orders is at a set rate of $14 CDN. We are not responsible for customs/brokerage charges on packages travelling outside of Canada. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - PAYMENT: I accept Paypal - a simple, instant, and secure way to send money over the internet via credit card, debit, or e-cheque. I also accept money orders and cheques. Paypal If you choose to pay using Paypal, please sign up for a free Paypal account prior to submitting your order, if you don't already have one. Paypal orders are shipped within 48 hours of my recieving your order & payment. PayPal is recommended as it is quick and easy. Money Order If you prefer to pay by money order, please send me a money order in Canadian currency within 4 days of submitting your order. Your order will be shipped as soon as I receive your money order. If you need assistance in converting your total to American funds, visit this site: Currency Convertor or contact me for your total. Cheque Items purchased by cheque will not be shipped until the cheque has cleared. Please send cheques within 4 days of submitting your order. The faster you send it, the quicker you recieve your order! The address will be provided at checkout. Please make sure your cheque is made out to Petra Cuschieri. Customers from the US, please make sure you convert your total (which is in Canadian funds) to US funds.
